SENATE BILL NO. 63 "An Act relating to contracts for the

Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                                              
802. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 63(STA) was

Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
